An error unintentionally had been made in the registration of some &e voters Had Mr. Troutand Mr Neueuschwander tried to conceal thl* error they would have been violating their oath of office and rendered themeelves liable to criminal prosecution. By calling . attention to the voilation of the registration laws of the State of Indiana they have prevented the ' possibility of • contested election I in those precincts where the iltegal registration was conducted By ■ correcting the etror every voter'* I right of franchise has been protected The voters should be grateful to Cleik Troutner and Trustee Neuen- , schwander for the -peedy action > they showed In complying with the I law by correuting the error and I notifying the 81 challenged elect- ■ or*.
