Schricker in November and transmitted by him to the members of the 83rd Indiana general assembly which convenes next January. The study commission was created by the geenral assembly in the 1941 session for the specific purpose of preparing recommendations for any changes In laws relating to the financing and operation of the state highway system. the county road systems and the city street systems. Composed of representatives of the state highway commission, county commissioners, mayors, state senate and house of representatives, and the general public, the commission has been meeting monthly to hear discussions of highway problems.
