Establish Pattern For Union Security 1 Board Establishes Wartime Pattern Washington, June 19. — (UP)The war labor board today established a wartime pattern for granting labor unions security "against disintegration under the impact of war." A 10-to-2 decision awarding the United Automobile Workers (CIOi a government-back maintenance of membership at the Ryan Aeronautical Co.. San Diego. Calif., was announced by the board as ending a "14 months dispute" over union security.
