The chairman governed with watch and cap-gun and the squire held a buggywiiip over the heads of the contestants and judges. The judges disagreed and each contestant had to lie given a prize. Mrs. R. D. Myers and Vaughn Millikan, who debated In favor of' the little red school, contended that 1 tile folks who built the new school system with all <ts wonderful facilities were educated in the little red school and they also stall'd that their opponents.
