Other officers are Mrs. 8 E Black, vice-presldewt; Mra. Frank Butler, secretary: Mrs. Orval Har ruff, assistant and Mra. Martin Zimmerman, treasurer. Twenty-three members were present and after the business session a sot ial evening of games and contests was enjoyed Refreshments were served by the host esses. Mrs. Henry Adler. Mra. O. J. Trlcker and Mra. Tom Kern. The next meeting will be a Christmas party, the second Tuesday in December, at which time a pot-luck supper and a gift exchange will lie enjoyed. DUTIFUL DAUGHTERS ELECT NEW OFFICERS The Dutiful Daughters class of the Evangelical Munday school met last evening at the home of Mrs. Ivan Stucky for a business and social evening, with nineteen mem bers present. Mrs. Russel Melchi, president, called the meeting to order. The class decided to sponsor a book review for December 4. at which time Mrs. Edna Mettler of Fort Wayne will give "The Nazarene." There will be no admission charge but a free will offering will be taken. Mrs. Mettler Is being brought here more as a treat to the community rather than a money making project The class voted to have a ten cent gift ezchange this year instead of a twenty-five cent exchange. The difference will then be used to purchaa a gift for the Red Bird Mission and In this way Christmas may be shared with them A committee was appointed to find out what the mission needs. Election of officers waa 'hen held and Mrs. Dwight Sheets was selected as the new president; Mrs. Haber Feaael. vice-president; Mrs. Mtbcky. secretary and treasurer; Mrs. Gregg .McFarland, assistant. At conclusion of the business meeting. Marvin Wayne Mlucky played a piano solo, after which contesta were enjoyed and the • prizes awarded to Mrs. Eugene Runyon and Mrs. Richard McConnell. l-ovely refreshments were served by Mrs Stucky, assisted by Mrs. Albert Johnson. The Christmas party will be held December 2 at the home of Mrs McConnell* who will lie assisted by Mrs. Homer Llby, Mra. Peter Bailey and Mrs. Melchi. MRS. F. L.
