Wash the berries, hull them and drain well. Place half the berrba (the choicest ones) in the cheese-coated pie shelL Mash Remaining Berries Mash and strain remaining berties until juice Is well extracted. Bring the juice to the boiling point, and slowly stir in *ugar and cornstarch which have been mixed together. Cook slowly for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, and pour over uncooked berries in pb Place the pb in the refrigerator until very cold. It can be decorated with sweetened whipped cream just before serving.
