Pour into a heavily greased and floured g-ineh ring mold (mrnsured across the bottom), (2 inches deep with an open eenter fl's inches wide). (Th<mold should not be more than (J full as batter rises very high). Bske about 15 minutes In a slow moderate oven (325 F.). Winn baked, let Stand in pan a couple minutes before turning onto hot serving platter. If a t-lneh ring mold is not available: Fill a smaller mold only and bake the remaining batter in greased and floured cup cake pans. Fill With Apple Sauce Fill the renter of the hot gingerbread on the platter with 3'j cups awevtened thick applesauce. Garnish with H rup whipping rreaa. whipped and sweetened with 2 tbsp sugar.
