nivu>e>v« rtuiv'ivtj picnic facilities has been at the Avoca hatchery where a shelter house, ovens and trail* have been j completed: Display ponds in which different j species of game and predatory fish i are exhibited are a popular attraction at Riverside and Wawasee hatcheries These pond* are shallow and permit a close inspection of the fish displayed. Display pond* are under construction at the Fawn River state fish hatchery, located near Orland, northwest of Angola The Fawn River hatchery when completed, will have the largest water area for game fish propagation of any of the state hatcheries. Ail the state hatcheries are open to visitors and the attendants welcome an opportunity to discuse the propagation of game fish which are placed in lakes and stieams to maintain Indiana's fine fishing.
