The music of the Decatur band will be the only element which might distract from thl* event- for farmer* and city folk* alike relish the witnessing of a livestock parade — the sight of clampion*, grand champion*, red and blue ribbon stock winner* passing by In review. Float Parades To Surpass Expectations Is Forecast

Always It haa been th<- goal of I the itreet fair committee to afford fair-goers with a fine selection of gaily decorated floats. Always It ha* been their ambition to outdo ' the effort* of the previous year.
