Young Adams County Girl In Victim Os Tragedy In Front Os Parents’ Home Friday. FUNERAL TUESDAY Tragedy marred a planned Easter celebration at the Joseph Koora home, two miles south of the city about fi 3o o'clcM-k last night, when Agnes Marie Koors. Iftyear-old daughter of the Adams county residents. was instantly killed In front of the Koors home on federal road 27 Death was attributed to a skull fracture She also suffered a compound fracture of the right leg and Other hl juries. Mias Koors. formerly employed al the Newberry five and ten-cent store in this city waa returning from Fort Wayne, where she recently was employed at the Grand Leader department store. She alighted from an ABC bus In front of the Koors home Starting to cross from the west side of highway 27 to the east side cm which the- Koors home is located. Miss Koors stepped from behind the bus into the path of an auto driven by G T Jubb. 47. of Kalamazoo. Michigan She was struck by the left front fender of th<- heavy late model car, and thrown up part way on the hood Her body was carried 231 feet before being tossed aside. Sheriff Ed Miller, who investigated the a< i idem, reported The drlvei of the bus. Donald C. Todd, of this city, told Sheriff Miller that he witnessed the ac< idem hi the rest vision mirror of his vehicle He said that he warned Mia* Koors to "be careful of the c ar* ' a* she alighted from the bus After stopping the car.
