Not only do the boy* and girls obtan. ar. education, learn to work with lh*ir hand*, but become con* seious that they hav* not been for. gotten. Their government is looking after them and attempting to provide some measure of aacunty for them. Therefore good eitixenship is inculcated, th* moral* is maintained and that boy or girl is not so likely to become a public riant* in later year*. The adminiatiation, both state and national, maintain this program is not merely spending, but an investment in the future citirenship of America.
