Wallace today sentenced German. 1 American bund leader Frit* Kuhn to two and one-half to five yearn in prison, not as "a rubble rouser or a hate dispenser” but as "an ordinary small time forge- ana thief In pronouncing judgment against Kuhn, convicted of stealing f 1.217 from his German-American bund. Wallace said he lielleved lhe leader and several of the defense" wit- i nesses committed perjury during th.- trial and called on district attorney Thomas E.
