COLISEUM TO BE READY FOR FAIR — Double Force Os Carpeners At Work At State Fair Grounds With a double force of carpenters at worh on the new Coliseum at the Indiana State Fairgrounds work Is moving along at high speed, and any doubt as to whether the huge structure will be ready for the fair. September 1 to S. has i been completely removed. Although there was no dispute at the new Coliseum, the carpenters at work there walked oC the Job because of a dispute with the plasterers at Broad Ripple High School over which craft should hang account i< al celling. FREE LIME IS TO BE LOADED Central Sugar Company Announces Annual Free Service A reminder waa laaued today to farmers, needing lime for the improvement of their cropu to make arrangement to get it free at the Uentral Sugar Company's yards for two weeks beginning Monday The company has announced it will not only supply the lime free at charge but will load It on the trucks or wagons, which call for It. The lime, to be given thia year, baa been moved twice with the drag line within the paat year and should be in excellent shape for hauling and scattering over the fields. Agrieultural experts are returnmendhii: that farmers get their ' lime requtrements now for thq I next several years. They suggest that a pile of lime be put on every field in the farm and be distributed later at the convenience of the farmers. This lime la equivalent to the best ground limestone for all * agricultural purposes, pound for | pound, dry basis Liming the soli is a highly profitable Investment Acid soils, off course will not respond profitably 4 to fertilisers until they have been properly limed Lime will Increase I the clover and other legumes in I rotation and these In turn will Increase the yielda of all crops.
