Twice on that day will the score or more of bands and a like number of float* parade up aud down the midway of the fair, music blaring and banners waving to fairgoers and parade lovers. Approximately Ju bands have bei-u promised for Ihu event by Will Bowers, chairman of that phase of the fair and more than JS floats are expected to take part tn the parades, according to Dr. H. V.
