T. Kelly, justice of peace, when he failed to furnish bail to gauarantee his appearance in circuit court, following trial on a bastardy charge. Funk was charged with being the father of a child, born to a Monroe township girl. After hearing the evidence, the court ruled that “the girl has been delivered of a bastard child and that Ralph Funk is the father.” _ o _ ... Ricketts Funeral Is Held This Afternoon Funeral services for John H. Ricketts, 84; who died Saturday afternoon at his home four miles west ot Geneva, were held this afternoon. The deceased was born in Adams county, January 6. 1854 the son ot Adams and Eve Ricketts. He was married to Mary Runyon, who survives. Children surviving are: Jesse of Eaton; Clarence of Keystone, John of Oklahoma; Mrs. Bessie Crain of Dunkirk, and Eugene at nome. Services were held at the Domestic U. B. church and burial was in the Alberson cemetery.
