WAILACE BEERY TO AID COOGAN Movie Star Offers To Help Jackie Coogan In Suit Hollywood, Apr. 22.—KU.PJi Wallace Beery offered today to help Jackie Coogan in his legal battle against his mother afid stepfather as attorneys went Into court to begin the first phase of his suit for an accounting of the millions he earned in his childhood. Judge Emmet H. Wilson ordered attorneys into court to settle several preliminaries to the trial which will not begin until the attorneys have conferred. i Berry returned from a European 'vacation to announce that he would I support Jackie in his suit against I his mother and stepfather, Mr. and 1 Mrs. Arthur L.
