Cut the giblets fine and brown them in butler add to the dressing with 4 pound sausages cooked and chopped fine. Cranberry Relish i/ 2 cup cooked cranberries >4 cup chopped celery t tableepoon chopped onion 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 taslespoon Worcestershire sauce Drain cranberries free from juice and chop. Bake in a slow oven 115 minutes or until brown. Crisscross Mince Pie j Perhaps you’d rather serve mince 1 pie. If so. mix 2 Impound cans or jars of mince meat with 2 apples j chopped fine smd add 1 t„h lespoon sherry flavoring. Pour into a pastry j lined 9-inch pie pan. Cut narrow strips of pastry and braid them, I crisscross fashion over the top. I Trim and press edges together with the finger tips. Bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes. Simon Schwartz Is Injured At Berne Simon Schwartz, associate editor of the Berne Review, is recovering from an injury sustained Sunday when he jumped from a ladder onto a pitch fork which he had thrown to the barn floor. The fork- entered his right leg near the knee and penetrated upward for nearly five inches.
