'o - ■ Bernard McCoy Is Freed Os Charge Bernard McCoy, ot Decatur route one, who was apprehended early last week on a hit-and-run charge, after allegedly hitting a pedestrian in Fort Wayne, Saturday night and leaving the scene, was acquitted in city court there Saturday. McCoy, who at first admitted being in the city but denied being involved in the mishap, acording to Fort Wayne police, later admitted striking Mrs. Margaret Dornseif, of that city. Witnesses testified, however, that McCoy stopped and offered to take the lady to the hospital.
