The business session was held this afternoon in the club rooms on the second floor.

ENGINEHOUSE | COMPLIMENTED | j Visitors Compliment Fire Engine House Here State fire marshall office officials cotw-Ider the Decatur engine house one of the most modern and well equipped in the state, according to statements made by representatives here. The city has two pumpers on a 450 gallon American LaFrance, which carries 1.000 feet of 2% Inch hose, 250 feet of I‘4 inch Siamese hose, 250 feet of one inch booster hose, two sodium acid extinguishers J one foam’te extinguisher and two tetrachloride guns. The other, a Stutz, is equipped similarly. Another item of equipment purchased recently haa already saved one Hfe. This is the new inhalator which “breathe" ovygen and carbondioxide’’ into the lungs of those suffering from drowning, shock gas or similar affliction. Its work is entirely automatic and te consider- ■ ed a great inmpovement over the old pulmotors once ueed here and etill in operation In many cities. The engine house itself is modern with a kitchen, a shower bath, hot and cold weather and sleeping ■ rooms for six men. The second floor nae been recently remodelled to accomodate a large
