COAST STRIKERS WITHDRAW OFFER Maritime Strikers Refuse To Remove Perishable Cargoes San Francisco, Nov, 12 (U.R) — Pacific coast maritime striker.i, challenged by federal court intervention in their far-flung walkout, today withdrew their offer to re-, move perishable cargoes from 175 ' idle ships and announced they will "hold out. as long as the shipown- ' era."
