RULING GIVEN IN BANK CARE Judge Endicott Gives Decision In Tocsin Bank Case Muffton. Sept. 17.—Judge W. The exceptions were to the payi meat in full to the Old Adams | County hank ot a claim of somei thing like *5.000 against tire bank of Tocsin, the contention being , that the Decatur bank should have shared only proportionately with other claimants. By agreement of parties, the , court found that the Old Adams County bank as receiver of the Bank of Tocsin, was chargeable with the sum ot *5.237.50 in cash belonging to the trust, that Clark J. Lutz was now the dulj authorized and acting representative of the State Department of Financial Institutions in the matter of the Old Adams County Bank, and that Lutz should pay the sum designated to the clerk of the Wells cin cuit court for the benefit of those , entitled thereto after paying of claims indicated by the court, including S3OO to Robert T.
