RESOLUTION “We the members of the Adams County Council submit this resolution expressing our feelings of profound loss in the death of James Kenney of Jefferson township, who passed away. March 27, 1938. I “Re it resolved that the members of this council do express and convey their deep sympathy and feelings to ilie bereaved family. "That he was long a valued and active member of the Adams county Council having expressed his views on many puzzling and com- ■ plicating problems. “His membership and deep interest in the actions of this board reflected credit upon the organization. for he had at all times practiced a high standard of ethics. “Service to his neighbors and fellow men was his dominating motive. His was the highest type of citizenship. “His warmth of heart and en- ! thusiasm which he brought to i every contract; his unselfishness in many civic projects with which he was identified, and his congenial personality will be sadly missed by this board; by the entire county and by the surrounding commtinI ities, for he was extremely liberal in all of his acts of charity.
