Fred D Frank and Joseph McConneP. and F McConnell and sons, wholesale tobacco companyin the $50,000 damage suit brohght by Alfretta Dimmitt of Fort Wayne. The plea was filed on the grounds that a similar case filed several ’ months ago is now pending in an , Allen county court. Both cases were filed on the same allegations, the ' first being for only $15,000. ZEPPELIN SETS ELICHT RECORD Commercial Service Over Atlantic Established Fact Frankfort, Germany, May 14.— (U,R)—Commercial airship service j between Europe and the United States, a dream of many yeara, became an established fact today. The dirigible Hindenburg was moored at its new home port this. morning after a round trip in seven days, seven hours, 25 minutes between Germany and Lakehurst, N J.. No sooner had the great ship been put in its hangar and its passengers, mail and cargo disposed of. than the airport crew began tuning its motors and making preparations to refuel it for the second pay load airship in history to the United States. Saturday night or Sunday morning, depending on the weather, the 805 foot ship will nose out westward again for and four days later it is due to leave Lakehnrst for Frankfort. The Hindenburg broke all airship records for the westward and eastward flight. It flew to lakehurst from Friedrichshafen in 61 hours 50 minutes.. The olq record was 95 hours 22 minutes.
