1 cup sugar 2 eggs beaten separately ■/a cup milk 1 , tsp. cream tartar Mix u* for cuke, carefully folding in the egg whites. Make* 12 med. sized cup cake*. Bake at 375 degrees F — 20 to 30 minutes, defending on size ob pans. Italian Spaghetti 1 lb. ground beek 3 tbsp, fat 1 green pepper 1 tsp. salt 2 mer. sized onions (cut fine) 3' 2 cups tomatoes

■4 box spaghetti 2 tsp. Worcestershire 1 cup celery (cut fine) % tsp. pepper Make meat into small cakes and brown in hot fat. Add onion and u ' brown slightly. Place tomatoes and seasoning into cooker and heat '■ while browning meat and onions. '■ When boiling hot add meat, onions and broken spaghetti. Mix lightly. Turn to low and cook 40 minutes. Serve with grated Italian cheese. Butter Crisp Cookies I*4 cups butter I*/j cups powdered sugar « 1 egg * a 4 tsp. salt 3 cups cake flour 1 cup chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Utensil to use: Aluminum Cookling Sheet. Directions: Cream butter and sugar. Add 1 cup flour mix thoroughly. then add egg and beat well. Add remaining flour, nuts and vanilla. Make into rolls.
