ADAMS COUNTY UNIT OF FEDERATED CLUBS MEETS The officers and chairmen of the various districts of the Adams county Federation of Clulie met at the home of Mrs. John Tyndall Friday afternoon. The meeting wan in the form of a one o'clock luncheon. During the business meeting which followed the luncheon. Miss Vivian Burk, county president, 'presided. Mro. Tyndall gave an interesting talk on the subject, 'The Value of Our County Unit belonging to the Federation. It was decided to purchase a set of books on better speech. The eighth district project is the prevention of tuberculosis among the boys and girls. A committee was named to select a county project and members of this committee will include Mrs. R. A. Stuckey. Mrs. Charles Knapp and Mrs. Guy Brown. The theme for the general federation is “Educating for Living.” The election of officers was held and former officers were re-elected and Mrs. R. A. Stucky was named the vice-president of Hie organiza-
