The Ministerial association requesting all literary cluba and lodges to observe the anniversary in some manner. The speaker for the festival will be Rev. Frank Zartman of Sulpher Springs, Ohio. Rev. Zartmau is a capable speakej- and will hring appropriate messages at the morning service at 10 o’clock and at the evening session opening at 7:30 o’clock. Mother Os Seven Is Given Sentence Fort Wayne, Ind.. —(UP)— A mother of seven children was sentenced to 10 years at the Indiana women’s state prison late yesterday by Judge Clarence R. McNabb in Allen circuit court when she was found guilty of complicity in the slugging and robbery of Russell Hoover, of this city. The mother, Mrs. Cleona Stewart 26, was charged with having , “steered” Hoover out of a beer parlor into an alley where Wallace Bryant, 24, colored, knocked him unconscious with a brick and “rolled’’ him for hia money.
