I were married Saturday afternoon at fourt-thirty at the parsonage of the Firet Presbyterian Church in this city. Rev. G. O. Walton officiated j at tie ceremony. The couple were! attended by Mr. and Mrs. Richard; J. Shaw, brother and sister-in-law-of the groom. The bride wore a peacock blue wool crepe dress with hat to matehand a shoulder bouquet of white, gardenias. Mre. Shaw wore a greencrepe drees with shoulder bouquet of talisman roses. He is employed as a salesman I for the Singer Sewing Machine Co. The popular young couple have a wide circle of friends. They are well known in Dcatur, having visited here a number of times.
