COURTHOUSE Divorce Asked Mrs. Ruth E. Weaver has asked a divorce from her husband. Elmer Weaver. A uummona was issued to the Adams county sheriff returnable April 22. An application tor suit money was also tiled and the notice was ordered returnable April 15. Judgments Awarded Tlie Moyer-Maier. Ine., et a) defaulted when the evidence was heard in the breach of contract suit tiled by Isaac Rosenbaum and Sons, Inc. The court found for the iplaintiff in the sum of $2,434.04. Judgment was given on finding. August Conrad and Theodore Koenemann were called and defaulted in the suit for collection of a note brought against them by Samuel Barger. The court found for Samuel Barger and ordered that lie recover from the defendants the sum of $170.24 for principal and interest. Judgment was given on finding.
