WOMEN KILLED IN ACCIDENT Two Ohio Women Die As Interurban Strikes Automobile Auburn, Ind., July 30. —RJ.R) —Two persons were killed and three escaped with miHor injuries yesterday when the automobile in which they were riding was struck by a ' southbound interurban at a cross- , ing on state road 27 near here. The dead are Mrs. Hazel Roth. 128, and Mrs. Eva Poling. 29, both !of Van Wert county, Ohio. Injured slightly were their husbands. George W. Roth and Jesse I Poling and the latter's son, Gene, [B. Roth, driver of the car, told ' authorities he saw the interurban ; approaching some distance away, but that he did not know the road makes an abrupt turn across the ‘tracks. July 30 —(UP) — ; Mrs. Anna Roosevelt Dall, the prel sident's only daughter, today won ' an nnr ontested divorce from Curtis Dall, New York and Chicago broker. Judge Clark Guild granted the j decree after a brief hearing. Mrs. Dall charged “mental cruelty” based ; on marital incompatability.
