The regular meeting of the Ever Ready class of the Methodist Sunday School will be held Thursday night at seven-thirty o'clock with Mrs. Jess Niblick on Fifth street. l PINOCHLE CLUB ENTERTAINS HUSBANDS The members of the Pinochle ' Club entertained their husbands at a party at the home of Mrs. William Lister Thursday evening. As a result of the games Mrs. Lister, Mrs. Jess Edgell, Fronds Eady and Brice Roop received the prizes. Mr. and Mrs. i.Albert Miller were guests other than the regular vlub members and their husbands, and were presented a guest prize. During the evening plans were made for a picnic to be held in the near future. A two course luncheon was served, ami the next meeting will be held with Mrs. Russel Melchi in two weeks. ENTERTAINS PINOCHLE CLUB Miss Frieda Srhearer was hostess to the members of the Pinochle Club and two additional guests, Erna Weiland and Mrs. Francis Howell. The Misses Madgeline Miller and Dorothy Haley received the high score club prizes and prizes were also presented the guests. 'A delicious luncheon was served. The next club meeting will be held In two weeks with Mrs. Leo Teeple. HONOR GRANDDAUGHTER WITH EVENING PARTY Mr. and Mrs. L. F. Yaney of south east of the vity entertained several guests at their home Thursday evening. In honor of their granddaughter, Miss Evelyn Yaney of Dewey Oklahoma, who has come to Indiana to make her home. The evening was spent in a social manner and ice cream was served. MARY’S 4-H CLUB MEETS The St. Marys Kekionga 4 H Club met Tuesday at the home of Mrs. Bernice McMillen. A demonstration on “sewing pajamas” was given. The next meeting will be held at home of Mrs. McMillen on June 13. Those present were Neva Riley, Vera Devoe, Maxinp Noll, Betty i Clark, Frances Ray.
