Principal Harry H Mourer said he would protest the decision since only three members of the association's board of control were present when the case was presented. The hearing revealed that Parker Lary. Jr., member of the Bedford team, attended school at Lexington and Laurenceburg. Ky., before moving here last summer. The Bedford team must forfeit victories over Mitchell, French Lick Vincennes. Washington. Seymour, Columbus and Central of Evansville. Insull Must Leave Greece By Midnight Washington. Jan. 31 — (UP) Samuel Insull. former puldic utilities magnate of Chicago, must leave Greece before midnight tonight, the American legation at Athens nformed the state department today. The legation said the Greek Foreign office had notified the American minster this morning of the Greek government's determination to expel Insull upon expiration of his present residence permit. The permit xpires at midnight. State department officials declined to reveal what steps they will take to obtain Jnsull’s return to this country when he leaves Greece. Jan. 31—(UP)—A con--1 certed campaign, looking towards i defeat of the Copeland federal firelarms bill has been inaugurated byAmerican sportsmen, it was learni ed today. The fight is being led by the National Rifle association, national governing body of the tine shooting sport. The bill is aimed at restricting transportation of firearms and ammunition to reduce crime. Sportsmen, however, point out that the passage of the bill would seriously interfere with the legitimate use of pisols. revolvers and hunting rifles.
