A 1 1 new membership plan was discussed and later accepted, and the society was divided into six groups for this plan. Plans were also discussed for a Mother and daughter's banquet to lie held sometime in May. Following the roll call and report from the various home Economics Clubs of the county, a style show was given by the pupils of the advance sewing class of Decatur high school. Miss. Martin then presented her lesson. She stated that there is so much beauty in color, that we can not afford to neglect the study of it. she said that children's minds should be developed to appreciate II lor. Several classes of girls from De-.1 catur high school attended the meeting. Miss Martin and the leaders made color wheels. Among other things Miss Martin stated that we remember 3-8 of what we hear. 5-8 of what we see. and 7-8 of what we do. Since the last leader's meeting, I nine local meetings have been held | in the county with 272 members I being present. Twenty-four women , were reached out-ide of those att- ! ending the meetings.
