Ilk, four of the uandits were captured and the $3,500 loot was recovered. Our of the bandits entered the bSnk ami forced G. W. Gum. cashla.'. and Miss Lorene Durham, assistant cashier, the only persons iri .the bank, to give them the money in the cashier's drawer and then escaped in their automobile. -Cum called the sheriff’s office here and sheriff John T. Erling r and two deputies started a search. They picked up the trail two miles west of here and overtook the ban dit car. Four of the bandits leaped f.Tm the machine and were captured while the driver escaped. The tour identified themselves as Roy Pov til, 24. George and Clarence ftolt n. brothers, all of Gran ite City. 111, and Floyd Lindsey, 25 of Madison, ill.. Their companion is. being sought. -Officers recovered the loot from one ot the bandits. Judge W H. Eichhorn of Bluffton was looking after business here this morning.
