Heller entertained the members of her Afternoon Bridge Club at her home on Winchester street Tuesday afternoon. Yellow roses were used as decorations and at one o’clock a lunch eon was served by Mrs. I. W. Macy and Mrs. Dick Helier. After the bridge games, Mrs. Fred I. Patterson received the prize for high score. Mrs. Patterson will entertain the club members at their next regular meeting. DORCAS CLASS HOLDS MEETING Mrs. Eugene Runyon and Mis. WILBER MCINTOSH HONORED ON BIRTHDAY The employees of the Cloverleaf Creameries surprised Wilber Mclntosh on his birthday aniversary. Tuesday eveuihg. The party was held in tlie entertaining rooms of the creamery on South Winchester street. The large dining table was centered with a pink and white cake bearing twenty lighted tapers. Toasts and short speeches were given by several members of the group. A delicious four course luncheon was served. The evening was spent in dancing music being furnished by the plant orchestra ,and other amusements also furnished entertainment during the evening. Miss Lulu Ogg sang a vocal solo after which Mrs. J. M. Doan gave a reading. A quartette composed of the Misses Mary Coffee, Lulu Ogc. BUSINESS MEETING OF DELTA THETA TAU The members of the Delta Theta Tau sorority held a business meeting at the home of Miss Helen Voglewede, Tuesday evening, and plans were made to attend the district convention of the sorority to be held in Fort Wayne. Saturday and Sunday. January 23 and 21. A dance will be held in the Anthony ball room, and a golf breakfast in the Valencia Gardens at the Shrine temple will be features of the convention.
