* I|CHEE st gß Everybody Likes l! I Cottage Cheese DIETICIANS place Cottage Cheese very high in the scale of nourishing foods. That is why it is so often prescribed by physicians as an ideal food for convalescents. Many people with stomach and digestive ailments are put on almost an exclusive diet of cottage cheese. That is because it is so easily digested and contains so much of the essential body and tissue building elements. And for light meals there is no food quite so delightfully refreshing as Cottage Cheese. DEMAND BLUE CREEK DAIRY’S Creamed Cottage Cheese At Schmitt Meat Market Mutschler Meat Market

TIRED people ... So MANY WOMEN, so many men can barely finish out the day. Even mid-afternoon finds them tired ... listless. They should follow a diet which contains enough “bulk” to rid the system of poisons. Kellogg’s Ai.i.-Bran supplies this needed “hulk” to millions of happy, energetic people. It is the largest-selling all-bran cereal on the market. It prevents and relieves both temporary and recurring constipation. Eat Kellogg’s All-Bran daily —three times daily in severe cases. Relief is guaranteed. Two delicious forms: the original krwmbled cereal, or the new Biscuit. Look for the red-and-green package at your grocer’s. Made by Kellogg in Battle Creek.
