Georg- Evans, Indianapolis, who: now is serving a term in the Indiana state reformatory for assault and battery with intent to kill. Four other Indictments were returned, in addition to the general [charge, alleging manufacture, sale,; I transportation, and maintenance of a nuisance. The four men whose deaths have been connected with the conspiracy are Jackie Morrison, Torre' Haute, who was shot there; George ■ Alducks, Terre Haute, victim of machine gun bullets in the down-! town section of Torre Haute; WH-. Hum Ukerly, killed near Clinton,: and Dutch Rebeck, killed near 1 Terre Haute. Evidence to convict the slayers may be brought out during the trial of the liquor charge defend-' ants, it was said. All will be ar-] ralgned in Federal court Wednesday before Judge Robert C.
