Vestal’s supporters are retorting with the charge that Davis is a bi-partisan who placed George Dale, Democrat, in the mayor’s chair at Muncie. Bank Officers Arrested .Montici Ho, Inil., May 3.— (U.R) — Two former officers of the defunct Farmers State bank, Monticello, have been arrested on charges caried in indictments returned by the White Circuit court, after an investigation of affairs of the bank. B. D. Baker, president, was Inlictd on nine charges of embezzlement. one of conspiracy and three alleging his unlawfully borrowed money from the bank. Burr 11 W.
