COURT HOUSE Will is Filed The will of the late Eli Crum of Wells county has been filed fol probate in the Wells circuit court It was written August 10. 1920 and was witnessed by Charles G Dailey and Addie Stout. Joshua Brickley was named as executor in the will. The will provides first that all personal property shall go to the widow, Ida Crum, to be tier’s abso lutely and she also was given a life estate in all real estate.
