For the f.rst time In history, the 1 Pacific Coast is to have simnliitled coast defense operations. Also, ici the firs', time, the army Is to put in.o practice certain new tint.cs of aerial warfare. Ihe advantage of this field has 1 always been recognized by the gov- j eminent, however, mid when planes were formulated for the air corps It: 1 hold their maneuvers on the Pacific' Const. Mather Field was the logical I choice/ Fur enough Inland to be secure [ against sudden enemy attack, the field Is located iti the center of California's two great valleys the Sacramen o mid Sun Joaquin. Stationed at the field will be the four blanches of the army air forces 1 pursuit, bombardment, attack, and j observation. Their first week will be devoted to the training of these four groups in their individual work. During the second week midis closed army tactics will be tested for the r feasibility. Then on April 17 “zero hour" will lie at hand for the American air men. Early that morning the full force will begin operations on the enemy line, some 30 miles south of Mather B".eld. The remainder of the week will lie just one battle after another. Night attacks, during which bom liaidmen, planes will drop explosives on cities being held by the enemy, w ill be a tea Hire of this week. I MR. GEORGE MANOR “I suffered agony for years with rheumatism and neurit's.” said Mr. George Manor, 2817 West Jackson street, Muncie. “I nearly went mad with the pain that shot through my arms and back. These attacks often hung on for days and I was helpless in bed. Weak kidneys and frequent bladder actions added to my misery and disturbed my sleep. I lost-weight and strength and grew utterly discouraged. No medicine I tried did me the least bit of good. “Two hotties of Konjola convinced me that health could be found through the use of this medicine. Today I am free from the pain of rheumatism and neuritis and my arms and hands no longer swell. The back pains of years standing are no longer present. My kidneys function properly and my bladder actions are normal. My nerves, are steady and stronger and I am z enjoying better health than I have in years. I shall always praise Konjola.” Konjola is sold in Decatur at the B. J. Smith drug store, and by all the best druggists in all towns throughout this entire section. Colds are serious. Even mild | cases are dangerous. Remember KONJOLA COLD COMPOUND ftsbl’ts) is giving amazing re lief to thousands of cold suffer ers every year.
