Snook Attorneys Seek Stay of Execution WashingtougiFeb. 24. — (U.R) Associate Justice Mcßeynolds of file supreme court was asked today tor a stay of execution to -postpone electrocution of Janies Howard Snook, former Oh o State University professor. Snook is scheduled to die Friday for the murder last June of M'ss Theora Hix, his co-ed sweetheart. Arthur M. Spiegel, one of Snook's attorneys, presented the plea at Mcßeynolds' home before the court convened. E. O.
