The business meeting was opened with prayer by Thurman Dtew, followed by a Scripture reading by Marie Debolt. During the business session a pledge of seventy-five dollars was made by the class to h:t paid on the building fund for next year. Plans were also made for a Christmas party which will he held next month. resume of the life and writing, of Harold Bell Wright, the author of The Ozarks. The Club has for Intensive study, Louis Hromfleld's latest book, "The strange ('use of Miss Oniile Spragg," and a brief review was given of t hat book. At the conclusion of the mooting, Miss Lower, n slsted by her mother, Mrs. Homer Lower, served a one course luncheon, carried out in Thanksgiving seasonnl appointments.
