MRS. CASSLER TO LEAVE STATE Valparaiso Woman Twice Charged With Murder Goes To Missouri Chicago. Oct. 10 —(UP)— A farm down In the Missouri hills will lie the haven of forgetfulness for a middle- i aged woman who twice has been with-1 in the shadow of the noose on mur-1 der charges. Mrs. Catherine Casaler was packing her th tigs today so she and her son. Edward, could start for Missouri. Yesterday she was released from the Valparaiso. Ind., jail for lack of evidence to connect her with the murder of Cameola Soutar, Chicago girl whose body was found in a swamp near Valparaiso last May. Five months ago Mrs. Cassler was freed her<» by a supreme court reversal of her conviction of the murder of William Lindstrom. Mrs. Cassler was sentenced to hang as an accomplice, but was reprieved 48 hours before the trap was to have been sprung.
