COURT HOUSE Marriage Licenses Elmo Miller, Truck driver. Decilur to Dorothy Rose Alberding, Decatur. The case of Amelia ‘ Christen vs. Laura S. Gifford was dismissed on motion of plaintiff. The case of Peter Gaffer vs. Francis Monahan, complaint to cancel deed I was venued to Jay Circuit court. Ten days were granted in which to complete change. Harve Bovine was fined $lO and costs in Adams circuit court today after pleading guilty to a charge of trespass. Bovine was ordered returned to the Adams county jail until fine and costs were paid. In the case of Qora Malony vs. Joseph Malony, claim, the claim which was disallowed on claims and allowance docket was transferred to Adams Circuit court. The Peoples Loan and Trust Co. has brought suit on note and foreclosure against Henry Reinkiue. Auguste Reinking and the Krick.

Jasinski, editor of the Polish Weekly Record here, Ml a charge of criminal libel filed by William A. Roray, an attorney.
