Vote More Money For Wells County Infirmary I Bluffton, July 11 —(UP) —The county council late Tuesday appropriated an additional 11.000 for construction . work on the new county detention home, a brick building that will replace the old detention home. This will make the contract price for the general contract for the building $19,600. the previously accepted 4>id of the Clark Construction company of Pendleton, having been $18,600.
