Mallon, Washington correspondent for the United Press, in refusing to reveal the sources of his information in connection with a secret vote by the United States senate. La Prensa said that journalistic ethics were at stake and commended Mallon and the United Press for refusing to reveal the name of the person who gave out the information. The newspaper said that it always accepted full responsibility for everything it printed, declining at all times to reveal the sources of its information. GOURI HOUSE Wants Commissioner Appointed Fred F. Sheets has filed a suit In ciixuit court against Beecher Moke, asking that a commissioner be appointed by the court to execute a deed for n lot on Line street, Decatur. The plaintiff asks that the deed of conveyance for the lot from Christopher C. Sheets and Dore K. Sheets to Henry heecher Moke be cancelled and declared null and void and that the commissioner be appointed to execute a deed of conveyance for the lot to the plaintiff. Attorney H. M. De Voss of Decatur is counsel for the plaintiff. Three Claims Filed The First National Bank of Decatur has filed two claims against the estate of Ezra Reber, one for S3OO and the other for $660. H. Knapp and Son have filed a claim against the same estate for SIBO. Attorneys Fruchte and bitterer, of Decatur, are counsel for the claimants. Files Suit On Account Samuel Acker has filed a suit in circuit court against John Hill, demanding judgment on accqunt for $214.20 and costs. Judson W.
