Arduini, 42. saloon keeper, was shot to death in his automobile five hours after he had boasted to his wife that he escaped a gang of rival gunmen. His Lueger pistol lay beside his body. Frank Degrazea, a business associate, told police Arduini knew he had been marked for death. Burrows for sending her pamphlet, “The Sex Side of Life” through the mails. Judge Borrows parolled Mrs. Bennett to the custody of her attorney, Mortis Ernst, until tomorrow afternoon at two P.
