Negotiations will be delayed pen-l-ing acceptance by Dr. Clyde L. King, of the Wharton School of Finance ot University of Pennsylvania, of the invitation to act as the arbitrator for the two factions. Representatives of farmers and distributors agreed upon Dr. King, who settled price disputes in the milk markets of Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D. C. Representatives of the two groups met in harmony and pledged themselves to cooperate in bringing about a satisfactory solution of the milk war which caused the strike anti resultant heavy losses both to fanners and distributors. Distributors said all country plants, dosed down during the strike of the fanners, would be reopened as soon as possible, the distributors will attempt to get all dairymen to resume delivery to plants to which they delivered their product before the strike.
