YOUNG MATRON'S ENJOY DINNER PARTY Mrs. Dallas Goldner, Mrs. Merland Doan and Mrs. Ferd O'Brien, were assisting hostesses to the Young Ma- ’ Iron's Club, last evening, at a delightful Christmas party, held at the home of Mrs. Frank Crist, on Mercer avenue. The members of the club were seated at a large dining table, which was de i corated with a centerpiece consisting of a cluster of green leaves, inletwoven with pretty red flowers. The table was beautiful with gleaming silver candlesticks bearing pure while burning tapers, silver creamer and sugar, and goblets. A delicious thro course dinner was served, after which the ladies were invited into the living room where a very entertaining musical program was presented by the club members. A miniature fin-place had been erected and stockings bearing the names of each person present were | hung upon it. inside of which was

The living room of the home w as canopied overhead with green and red rope festoons from which imitation icicles were suspended. COURT HOUSE GIRLS ENJOY CHRISTMAS PARTY The girls employed in tile various (hiices at the com) house, togetiier with Mr. J. M. Breiner, the court house custodian, enjoyed a delightful Christman party, last evening, in (he court room. A long table, arranged in the center of the room, was decorated with a lighted Christmas I tee as a centerpiece, and red Christmas tapers at either end of the table. Dainty favors of Christmas bells, fashioned of gum drops, also held place cards marking covers for the various guests. A most delicious twocourse dinner was enjoyed by candlelight. After the dinner, numbers were drawn and the girls took turns in seeking the'r Christinas gift. Mr. Breiner was presented with a lovely Kaywoodie pipe by the girls. The guests were welcomed at the door by two amall anow-mon, who proved to be Hilly Berber and Jimmy Brennan. A delicious chicken dinner was served, the gueata being seated at small table* arranged about the rooms. An Interesting contest was enjoyed. In which the prize was awarded to Mias Mayme Terveer. Suddenly the- two small snow men appeared drawing behind them a huge sled, laden with chrisimas gifts. Eacli guest was presented with a small Christmas stocking filled with camly and mils, and bearing u note telMiiK of some stunt to perform. At the conclusion of the stunt, the person was presented with a Christinas gift, by the snow men. The tables were then arranged for Bridge, and six games were enjoyed. At the conclusion of each game, prizes were given at the individual tables. Mrs. Dan Nildick received the consolation prize. Light refreshments consisting of cake, icecream and coffee were served by the hostesses, Mrs. Joe Brennan, Mrs. Joe Laurent and Mrs. Clarence Herber.
