The Decatur Boy Scout organization is a member of the AnthonyWayne area council and great headway has been made in Scout activities within the Last year. o—— Halloween V andalism Is Slight In Decatur Only a few cases of vandalism were reported in Decatur today, on the morning after Halloween. A large window glass was broken at the home of Dr. Roy Archbold, on West Monroe street, and a large pile of junk and rubbish was placed at the entrance to ' the Central school building. I.—(U.R) —Asa Keyes, district attorney of Los Angeles county, may surrender todav on a warrant charging him with wilful corruption and misconduct in office in connection with the SIOO,000,000 Julian Petroleum case. The warrant was issued on a formal accusation of the grand jury in which it was claimed the famous prosecutor of movie scandals conspired to free persons charged with criminal offenses. Most of the counts in the 16 page document, outlining the jury findings, referred to Keyes’ conduct during the trials of defendants accused of conspiring to wreck the Julian Petroleum corporation. o LARGE AUDIENCE HEARS ADDRESS AT NEWARK, N.
