ECONOMICS CLUB ENJOYS FAMILY PICNIC The members of the Root Township Home Economics Club together with their children, enjoyed a most delicious picnic dinner yesterday at the Charles Gage grove at Monmouth. COURT HOUSE Suit On Account Filed Ezra Gerber has filed a suit on account in the Adams circuit court against Arthur Lehman, demanding judgment for MR9.500. Attorney H. M. De Voss, of Decatur, is counsel for the plaintiff. Guardian Appointed L. R. Sampson has been appointed guardian for Viola Straub, minor heir of Harry Straub. He filed bond in the sum of S6OO. Christen Estate Opened Letters of administration have been issued to Alice Christen in the estate of Bruce Christen. She filed bond in the sum of $3,000.
